Returns Policy
If your purchase for whatever reason does not work out, the Kayak is bigger than you expected, the SUP wasn't the colour you were expecting , or you just changed your mind, this is absolutely fine.
Subject to the product being brand new, exactly as it was delivered, the tags still on the and still in its wrapper then you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange or refund.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to do this, and any returns costs are for you to cover.
Any refund requests will not include the cost of the original shipping charges, and any replacements to be sent will need to have the return shipping costs covered before they are sent out.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any products returned in a condition other than that in which they were despatch.

Repack It
Product must be in an unused condition and in original packaging with tags still attached.

Send product back, we recommend a recorded & signed for service is used.
Use the provided returns slip included, which has your order number & the returns address pre-filled.
